Because Kobernick House is a rental community, you can also enjoy significant financial advantages. Instead of having to buy your apartment, you’ll be able to preserve more of your assets to invest or spend as you choose. All of our services are covered by one monthly fee.

Your Kobernick House apartment affords total independence, complete with a modern kitchen and screened lanai. Sizes range from studio units to large spacious two bedroom/two bathroom apartments-1,315 sq. ft.

Here you have everything you need, along with the many extras that make life wonderful. Extras like security, transportation, housekeeping and maintenance services, pool, Jacuzzi, exercise room and other recreational facilities, library, card room, computer, just to name a few. We are strictly a rental community with no buy in.

Under the supervision of our highly acclaimed Executive Chef, we offer meals from our Kosher kitchen that meet the highest standards in both taste and nutrition. A selection of menu items is available to suit a variety of dietary needs. A tastefully appointed dining room is available for private parties. Residents may also enjoy breakfast, lunch or a light snack in our Bistro.
